PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
CONSULTANT
pROCESS
My process is a data-driven, agile method that prioritizes de-risking the program rather than walking through the gating stages of classic product development. I create value and excite investors and consumers alike by systematically gathering data that validates the product's high-risk unknowns, be it product/market fit, technological capabilities, or manufacturing ramp. My experience has shown that this methodology promotes a holistic mind-frame through product realization, as well as a bias towards proof.

Each question moves through 4 steps

Step 1:
What do and don't we know?
Step 2:
How do we learn more?
Step 3:
Let's build it!
Step 4:
Produce and analyze data.
Journey
My process maintains a holistic focus on the highest priority elements of the product, whether it be the feature set, cost, or market fit. Thus, your development journey is determined by what kinds of questions need to be validated. Whether your product is a fast follower or an innovative technology, the development strategy will aim to optimize your costs and timeline to market.
